SHIPPING POLICY – JOY OF SEERE

1. Order Processing

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery timelines after dispatch:

• 2–5 business days within Karnataka

• 4–7 business days for major cities

• 5–10 business days for remote locations

Delivery may vary during festivals, sales, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and India Post, depending on location.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping is ₹49–₹99 (calculated at checkout).

If you want free shipping above a certain amount, tell me and I’ll add it.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers receive an SMS/email with the tracking number and link. Orders can also be tracked from the Order Status page.

6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate address, PIN code, and phone number. Joy of Seere is not responsible for delays/loss due to wrong or incomplete details. If an order returns to us due to such issues, re-shipping charges will apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

For damaged or missing items, email us within 24 hours with an unboxing video and parcel photos at [your email]. We will assist immediately.

8. Returns / Exchanges
